People with a phobia usually realise that their fear is completely out of proportion to the actual danger or threat but they are unable to control or explain it. Despite the great inconvenience and disruption phobias often cause, they can usually be quickly overcome by simply breaking the stimulus-response pattern. NLP can be used to do this.
The first step is to arrange a free, no obligation consultation. This usually lasts 30 minutes and can be in person or by telephone. This is a great opportunity to discuss how the technique will work for you.
Orsus use a hugely successful NLP technique which is often known as 'the fast phobia cure'. As the name suggests it can work extremely quickly and it is considered to be one of the most successful NLP techniques. It has already helped thousands of people overcome their phobias and react more appropriately to things that previously terrified them.
It is common for a phobia to be overcome in just one session. The session lasts from an hour to an hour and a half. During that time you will consider the effect of your phobia on yourself and on those close to you and you will determine how you would prefer to feel and react. Once this is clear we will carry out a visualisation exercise which uses your own mind to change how you feel about the thing you are afraid of. There’s no need to confront your fear and you will only do things you are comfortable doing.

"I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”
